COVID-19 Information Updated 11/17/2020–City Hall to Close to the Public

Martinsburg City Hall and all City Departmental Facilities will be closed to the public and entry will be allowed only by appointment effective November 23, 2020, until further notice. Meetings will still be open to the public consistent with the capacity limits of Governor Jim Justice previous executive orders, but meetings will also be live-streamed. This action is being taken to protect the public health, safety and welfare of the City’s employees, the public and our medical providers.  Over the last 7 days the number of active Covid-19 cases in West Virginia has increased by over 3,000 cases. The number of daily cases has broken a record and hospitalizations are at an all-time high and increasing. Click below for full details.
