Christmas Holiday

City Hall Closed December 23 and 24

City of Martinsburg Offices will be closed Thursday, December 23 and Friday, December 24 in observance of the Christmas Holidays. 

There is no change to the garbage schedule, with the exception that there will be no recycling on Wednesday. 

We do ask that you set your garbage collection out to the curb the evening prior to pick up, as the workers will begin at 5 AM. 

The City wishes you and yours a safe and happy holiday!
