The City of Martinsburg seeks volunteers to serve on our various standing boards, commissions and committees. These appointed positions are filled by Martinsburg community members who are interested in public decision-making and civic life. It is important that the whole community be represented. We strive to have membership represent the full range of diversity in our community.

• Contact us Directly: Contact City staff or reach out to our Mayor and City Council.
• Attend a City Council meeting:  Community members also have the opportunity to speak to the City Council at every Council meeting during public comment time. Meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m.  View our Event Calendar to find upcoming City Council meeting dates.
