The City of Martinsburg has total discretion over events posted on our community calendar. We may decline to post any submitted event, for any reason.
We do not limit events to those happening in City limits, however, we will use discernment in geographic location.
This form does not replace the Special Events Permit which is required for all events taking place on public property within the City of Martinsburg.
